# HomeBuyer Reality Check

HomeBuyer is a property due-diligence companion for South African homebuyers. Enter an address, review local context, adjust your ownership-budget assumptions, save comparisons and export a PDF.

The current MVP is free early access. R99–R299 is the intended future per-report range; checkout is not connected.

The product covers bond repayments, rates, levies, utilities, insurance, maintenance and commute assumptions. A separate purchase-cost panel estimates transfer duty from the dated SARS table; conveyancing and bond-registration fees require quotes. It also provides maps and dated municipal and police-precinct evidence where a verified snapshot is available.

Example property prices and bills are illustrative. Photos and the interactive architectural model are representative. No licensed valuation, deeds history, legal-title check, building survey or street-level safety prediction is provided.

Saved reports stay in the visitor's browser. The public documentation contains no visitor addresses, financial inputs or saved reports.
